best online jewellery store uk - win

Best online stores for high-quality (affordable) jewellery in the UK?

All of my current jewellery has been bought directly from piercers, mostly Neometal. I'm keen to buy some new jewellery for my conch/helix, and I'd like to stay with the better quality brands like Neometal, Anatometal, etc.
Does anyone have any recommendations for where to buy decent jewellery online? Preferably in the UK, but anywhere reputable would be useful since most jewellery seems to be wholesale only. Ideally the more affordable end would be good - I'm happy to pay a little more but not sure I can quite afford BVLA yet lol

Chanel Black Jumbo Caviar Silver Hardware from TS Alisa 🖤🔗

Chanel Black Jumbo Caviar with Silver Hardware from TS Alisa
Long background- feel free to skip to “The Review”!
A lesson in buying the one that “makes your heart sing”. The Jumbo has been my holy grail ever since the idea of owning a Chanel was vaguely possible, so a couple of years ago when I actually purchased my authentic Chanel jumbo I ventured to to nearest store to try it on I asked for gold hardware because for me this was the “classic combination”. For some reason I always noticed gold hardware on the resale market, and was conscious of resale value for such an expensive purchase. Unfortunately (or fortunately) for me that day, they only had the silver in stock. I tried it on and immediately fell in love. The sales associate pointed out that it really suited me and went with the jewellery I was wearing as I mainly wear silver and white gold. I didn’t buy the bag that day as I was torn.
Fast forward, a few months later on a business trip to Paris I decided to pick up the Jumbo as the exchange rate in Euro made it slightly cheaper ~ £200, however, most of the Paris stores were sold out! I had dreamed of picking it up at the flagship and getting the famous white box but it wasn’t meant to be and the only store that had it in stock only had silver! So I took it as a sign that I was meant to have the silver and got it. When I got back to the UK a few days later I couldn’t shake the feeling that I had made the wrong choice! It’s a pricey bag, something I planned to hold on to, and pass on, or sell later down the line and I was concerned about the resale value of the silver hardware. I checked Chanel’s return policy and was still within the period I could exchange. I called around and there was a gold available in one of the London flagships so I went along and they exchanged it for me. I also loved the gold but it just didn’t look as good as the silver imo.
In my mind I thought I would buy another bag in silver later (when I could justify the price) but given the price increases and the amazing reviews I’ve seen here on God factory’s Chanels I thought I would give one a try!
I added Alisa a while back on Wechat but had never ordered anything, one day I noticed in her stories that she had a beautiful Chanel medium flap, I asked which factory it was from and she said OF, I asked if she had the same in the jumbo size and she gave me the price with the new customer discount. I then asked if she could source it from God Factory and she said yes and her price with the discount was very similar to Mins. I had tried to buy from Min as she was having an 11.11 promotion but communication was super slow and trying to get payment details was like pulling teeth! On the other hand Alisa was super fast and responsive so I went with her.

My Photos 📷
THE BAG. COMPARISON WITH AUTHENTIC. THE LEATHER. THE HARDWARE.
PSP. Factory Photos. Authentic
Quality - 9.5/10
When I opened this bag I was amazed as everything looked to be exactly like other Chanel items I own. This is a mirror replica, and subject to the minor issues I point out in the “Accuracy” rating below it felt like I had bought a bag from the boutique. The materials are high quality and the bag is well made. Alisa had packed it well and there were no dents or damage. I had been a bit worried as she was not providing full packaging, but she assured me that it would arrive safely, and she was correct.
The leather and hardware feel just like my authentic, the jumbo is quite a heavy bag and they have copied the dimensions and weight accurately. The only thing I would point out is the turn lock is not as secure as my authentic. It’s hard to explain but when I turn the lock it feels quite loose, however I’ve used the bag on numerous occasions and it has never opened by itself so I don’t think it’s an issue, but I would prefer it was tighter as it would feel more secure. I’ve deducted 0.5 for this. The stamping is neat and looks similar to my authentic, but to be honest I don’t really pay much attention to the stamping and serial numbers etc as long as it looks ok...who is really looking at that anyway? Anyone that would call you out over a serial number should be called out as a weirdo imo. Also, it may not be a popular opinion but I don’t think serial numbers and inside stamping should be completely accurate to stop people from passing on these bags as authentic to unsuspecting people.
Accuracy 9.25/10
This bag is spot on and I can’t tell the difference with my authentic jumbo on first glance.
Leather: The caviar pebbles are bigger but I understand that this varies, and actually matches the caviar of my authentic gst. I know it varies batch to batch so I haven’t deducted a point for this. See the picture I tagged about the leather.
Shape: The shape is accurate and proportions such as the strap and tabs are accurate.
Quilts: The puffiness is accurate and I can’t tell the difference with my authentic Jumbo Chanel.
Hardware: I have a WOC with silver hardware and the silver tone is the very similar. The authentic chain is smaller so in pictures it looks more muted but in real life they look the same. I have deducted 0.25 as the only thing that is off for me and if I’m being picky is the “Chanel Paris” on the button closure is upside down. I have searched online for other examples but the ones I can find all have the Chanel on top and Paris at the bottom like my authentic. This is not an issue and not something someone would notice but I thought it worth pointing out of it would bother someone. Feel free to correct me if you have an authentic that is the same.
The grommets: The authentic measures approx 23mm from the grommet to the edge of the bag, whereas the replica measures 28mm. I’ve deducted 0.5 for this as I don’t think it’s noticeable but have pointed it out if it bothers someone. See the picture in the authentic comparison.
The quilting alignment and back pocket alignment are all accurate in my opinion and I can’t detect anything different from the authentic. If I were being very picky the internal logo stamp is actually more vivid on the rep, the leather tends to peek through on the authentic, also the font is slightly different. I haven’t deducted any marks for this as personally I’ve seen this vary with authentics so I don’t think it’s a callout.
Seller Communication and Service 9.5/10
Alisa is very responsive, does she sleep? She is not chatty and straight to the point. She doesn’t speak English so simple sentences are best that can be translated using the wechat translate feature. Min had told me the bag was out of stock in silver so I was surprised when Alisa said it was in stock. I was expecting her to turn around and say that I would need a custom order so was pleasantly surprised when she sent through the PSP 4 days after payment. The only reason I deducted 0.5 is because I had asked for the box but she asked me to pay a price without the box and as I had understood she would include the box if she could within that price but if she couldn’t I would pay the difference. When the bag arrived from the factory I asked again for the box and she point blank stated that the box would not be included as it was too heavy even though I was willing to pay the extra shipping. The experience was pleasant overall and I would buy from her again.
Satisfaction- 10/10 I am pleased with the bag and the overall experience. I have had it for a while now and it’s still in excellent condition and I have no issue wearing it into a Chanel store. I have several authentics and it’s my only rep Chanel that I use (I have a beige jumbo that I purchased years ago) but it feels no different to my others. I actually get more wear out of this bag and should have gone with the silver hardware initially, but you live and you learn!
Hope this review helps someone!

Since the Franks got reworked Culture Card Art, I went ahead and typed up a comprehensive mutli-paragraph breakdown (and a shorter tl;dr) on the Aztec's Culture Card Art, and how it (and the Jaguar art) can also be improved and corrected, as it's been bugging me since it was shown off.

EDIT AS OF NOV 4TH 10:15PM EST: I made some minor tweaks and corrections throughout the day after I posted this, but I just made a pretty major addition since I realized I missed something notable regarding the dress of ball players.
EDIT AS OF NOV 14TH 4:15AM EST: I fixed linking the Aztec male hairstyle image reference twice in the detailed clothing section instead of both the male and female image, alongside some other minor edits.
For context, here is the Aztec Culture Card art, and the art for the Jaguar Warrior.
It's been bugging me pretty much since it was shown off, and here and there on this subreddit I've noted it's got issues, but since I now know that some of the art is being revised, I figured i should do a detailed explanation.
Before I begin, I wanna go ahead and note that the devs actually DID do a much better job depicting Aztec archtecture and clothing in the Food Market art (the weird basket-hat and lack of painted accents on buildings aside). I'm not sure why there's such a discrepancy, but I think that the Culture Card Art might be a tweaked version of alternate/unused Maya art, as the motifs and archtectural style and color scheme is almost identical to on their Culture Card Art and the clothing and body paint shown in current Aztec Culture Card Art is drawing a lot of Maya (or rather, sterotypes of Maya) influences. The only distinctively "Aztec" thing in the main Culture Card art now is the Great Temple with it's twin shrines to Huitzlipotchli and Tlaloc visible in the background, and the roof comb on the other shrine likewise being in a style associated with Aztec architecture (taken from the Santa Cecilia Acatitlan pyramid, though apparently the roof comb reconstruction on the pyramid isn't accurate to what that pyramid in particular originally had!)
I'll do a deeper explanation of what's wrong with the current Aztec culture card art further down, but since that ended up being like multiple paragraphs/pages (And even then, i'm only reviewing stuff that would be relevant to the existing art and i'm not covering absolutely everything, so I link suggestions on further references on Aztec art/architectural/clothing motifs at the bottom), I'll sum it all up in short bullet point format, and people interested in the full breakdown. For the linked visual references in both the bullet points and full post, I'll primarily be using images from existing artistic recreations for the sake of making adapting stuff to the Culture Card art easier, rather then using images of actual surviving ruins, art, or images from manuscripts, but I can provide those upon request as well.
So, here's the tl;dr, bullet point feedback:
And that's the summary.... again, if you read these and look at these images, the Food Market art is MUCH closer to what I describe then the Culture Card art. I really think the Culture Card art was modified from one intended for the Maya or something.
If you want a longer, deeper dive into all this... then keep reading!
Contextual Preamble
For starters, I need to give a short preamble about what "Aztec" even is, as people use the term differently.
Humankind almost certainly means it to primarily mean "Mexica", the denizens of Tenochtitlan (and Tlatelolco, which split off from and was eventually reabsorbed by Tenochtitlan). They are whom the term is most associated with, and we see Tenochtitlan's great temple in the existing Culture Card art, and the Jaguar knightly order was an element of their military.
The Mexica were one subgroup of a broader culture/civilization in Mesoamerica known as the Nahua (which "Aztec" is also sometimes defined as) Other Nahua subgroups beyond the Mexica include the Acolhua, Tepaneca, Xochimilca, Tlaxcalteca, etc. The "Aztec Empire" as a political unit was an alliance between Tenochtitlan and two other Nahua city-states, Texcoco (of the Acolhua subgroup) and Tlacopan (of the Tepaneca subgroup) and the their various subject vassal and tributary states. Not all of these subjects were Nahuan (some were Maya, Zapotec, Mixtec, Otomi, Huastec, Totonac, etc), and not all Nahuan states in Mesoamerica were a part of that "Empire". (notably the Kingdom of Tlaxcala wasn't)... as you can see, depending on how you define the term, a LOT of things could or couldn't be considered "Aztec"!
I'm going to be primarily focusing on Mexica stuff when possible (and as such what I mention here may not be applicable to other Nahua groups), though at times I'll be pulling from broader Nahua sources when it's reasonable to do so, as there is very little surviving architecture and manuscripts from solely Mexica sources.
For simplicities sake i'm going to continue to use the term "Aztec" unless the distinction becomes important, in which case I'll say Mexica or Nahua, etc.
Architectural Accuracy
For architecture, there shouldn't be much if any masonry and brickwork visible on the ballcourt, temples, and other fancy, ceremonial or administrative structures. Monumental architecture for virtually all Mesoamerican civiilzations, including the Aztec was covered in stucco and then painted accents and frescos, over the internal stone and mortar and outer brickwork. The only likely place you'd likey see bare masonry in Tenochtitlan would be commoner residences (which would be daub/straw or adobe brick) or less fancy noble homes, but even then some accounts assert even these would be covered in clean stucco even if some pictorial depictions show otherwise.... but for the Culture Card art that shouldn't be a problem, since that'd be showing large structures in the ceremonial precinct or even if the view is changed, probably fancier palaces.
As far as the painted accents, frescos, and murals on top of that white/biege stucco, the most common colors should be scarlet, azure, yellow/mustard, white and black, not the red and teal/green seen in the image, as those 4 colors (plus a base off white stucco) is what's seen in surviving structures and objects found in Tenochtitlan's central ceremonial precinct. To simplify it down further, the base white stucco, scarlet, azure, and yellow (like what the Scott & Stuart Gentling painting I linked above uses, though note that apparently more recent research has gleaned that the Great Temple had more paint on it then that, and that the layout they used for the precinct's structures is slightly out of date... though I don't think the devs need to go THAT far with accuracy). The white/red/green used in the Aztec Culture Card art currently is less "Aztec" and is more typical of some Maya cities like some structures at Copan, or in Central Mexico, Teotihuacan, as seen in a 3d reconstruction of the Cidudela complex and it's temples . If i'm going to nitpick, I'd also note that the square geometric pattern visible on the building on the far end of the court isn't something that i've seen in Aztec art, or even really Mesoamerican art in general (though if I had to place it i'd say it looks Zapotec). A safe bet would be a Xicalcoliuhqui step fret based pattern, which is very common in the art of virtually every Mesoamerican civilization; if the developers aren't interested in painstakingly making a custom mural based on actual manuscripts and iconography.
I'd also note that while a view of a ball court works, I don't think it really highlights the unique elements of Aztec society or urbanism when all Mesoamerican societies had ballcourts. In fact, (and I note this again further down when disscusing the attire of Ball-players) there's VERY little depictions of the ball game or players among Aztec art (even Nahuan art as a whole, not just Mexica) relative to, say, Maya art. A view of a palace courtyard with a garden (I'm not sure the "asian" style of garden here is accurate, though, but I don't think that sort of hyper accuracy is needed here), or of canals and chinampas, would be better (likewise I think these would make a better emblematic quarter then a sacrificial altar, but I realize that's not changing): The Aztec placed a huge emphasis importance on botany, herbal, medicine, using them to ward off misasma and the like, to the point where they had formal taxonomic systems for categorizing plant life and Tenochtitlan was largery built out of artificial islands used for aquaculture with canal,s between them, with many impressive aquaduct and dike systems; etc. This, especially the botany stuff, is what makes them unique; though keep in mind for the latter option that not many canals reached very deep into the city center, as the center of Tenochtitlan was natural ground, not chinampas, though according to various maps there was a canal close to the ceremonial precinct behind Moctezuma II's palace in front of his zoo/garden.
Clothing & Fashion Accuracy
For clothing of the spectators, things are entirely off. Both the men and women here are shown with random geometric tatoos, the women are wearing blouses which leave the shoulders and upper chest exposed; and the men just have loincloths and random collars on, piercings made out of bone, wierd headbands, etc. The hairstyles are off too generally (though I do see some signature hair-knots on some men). I noted before how the clothing and fashion here seems to have some Maya influences, but even for the Maya things are pretty off, and I'm sensing a lot of influence from Mel Gibson's Apocalypo, which... is not a good idea. The Women should primarily be wearing a garment as huipilli: these are blouses, but they cover the upper chest, shoulders, and sometimes the arms as well (note here the woman in the red dress is Maya, not Nahua/Aztec). The men, in addition to loincloths (sometimes a cloth tied to the hip was also worn over the breechcloth, but more on that in the ball player section), should generally have a mantle/cloak known as tilmatl, worn in different styles depending on social class. A basic huipilli and tilmatl should be white or biege with perhaps small color accents, but those worn by nobles had rich patterns: often with floral or avian motifs (especially for huipilli), geometric designs, marine or animal motifs, etc.
Nobles would also have a variety of jewelry: earrings, piercings (notably for labrets for men), necklaces, braclets, etc. You would NOT see the big feathered headdresses associated with Mesoamerican civilizations and Moctezuma in particular: The Aztec did use them, but not very often relative to other garments, not in the way often depicted (they were curved, like Great Plain Indian's feather headdresses) and seemingly mostly in military contexts; nor was it a "crown": The Aztec equivalent to a crown was rather a turquoise mosaic diadem, which you can see in this set of infographs for the typical regalia and dress of royalty. However, noble men DID often wear feather-tassel garments known as Quetzallalpiloni (the Jaguar warrior in the current art actually has one of these which is nice, as some were seemingly built into helmets though a bit of a fanciful one, but it's a game, so that's fine). For hair, men generally had a very distinctive "bowl cut" hairstyle, often with a large tuft or knot on the top, though the presence and style of said knot varied depending on social and military rank. You can see a variety of hairsyles and helmets/martial regalia in this image, but the typical civillian hairstyles and dress are towards the bottom. Women had more common variation in styles, but a variety of bulbous knots and braids such as along the sides were pretty typical. Body and face paint wasn't really used much in general everyday contexts, aside from some women using yellow paint, as that was fashionable.
The main exception to what I noted about hair for men and body/face paint was for priests: Priests often had black paint, and their hair was messy and unwashed (an exception from the normally stringent hygiene norms in Aztec society) caked with dried blood. Priests likewise had a variety of special ornaments and bits of regalia and various ceremonial outfits, much like what you see deities depicted with, but i'm not going to go into this much as A: I'm honestly not that familiar with the variations, function or names of these, other then a shirt/jacket garment known as a Xicolli, and a ceremonial (and perhaps sometimes secular-high status) garment for women known as a Quechquemitl, and B: as the art is now there's no priests shown, though it would make sense for a few to be present... in fact, they may have played ritualistic ball matches in the above getups, based on some pages of the Borgia Codex (though the Borgia is probably not Mexica).
On that note, in regards to the Ball Players: The current Card Art has them more or less wearing the same thing as the spectators (though the person at the bottom of the image in shadow seems to have one of those highly ornamented ceremonial outfits I noted). There's actually not a lot of depictions of Aztec ballplayers, even if you go by Nahuas in general rather then just Mexica, so I actually had to do a bit of research and asking around here. Based on what I was able to find, the few depictions we have (aside from the prior two images of priests in a ritualistic match) seems to just show players with a breechcloth, lacking the hair topknot., with some also showing some sort of hand protector covering the top of their hands.
That second image there (from Duran's History of the Indies of New Spain) also makes it easier to notice something I missed at first (and i'm editing in now), which is that they seem to have an additional skirt garment known as a hip-cloth in Indian Clothing Before Cortes in the first image (you can see another worn by the man on the bottom left in this depiction from the Codex Magliabecchiano), or thigh-waist protector of some kind in the second. I didn't think anything of these initially, as an additional cloth tied around the waist over the breechcloth is just something you see in depictions sometimes and is seemingly just something people wore at times without a clear class or context based association (The only real pattern I see is it tends to get depicted more often with a man who doesn't have a tilmatli on). But, in this second image from Duran, now that i'm looking close, clearly a different kind of garment, seemingly wrapped around each thigh or the waist, with the band of the breechcloth resting above it and likewise the tassels/ends hanging off the breechcloth's knot laid ovein front of it... I really don't know what this is, but in light of it's presence and that seems to be colored the same way as the handguards, I think it's meant to be some sort of protective garb, and perhaps the hip-cloth serves a similar purpose in this context: Some variants of the ball game did use the hips and thighs for hitting the ball, and a waist protector known as a Yoke is common in art of Maya ball players, though Maya Yokes were very different looking and were bigger, thicker, and more complex pieces of equipment.
Accuracy of the Jaguar Warrior art
The Jaguar Warrior, is, aside from the Quetzallalpiloni, almost entirely off. To begin with, the main garment/armor he should be wearing is a Tlahuiztli, this is a "onsie" suit which covered the whole body, from the neck or shoulders down to ankles, and was made of thick cloth, and then a mosiac of thousands of feathers, the different colors arranged to make different patterns, in this case jaguar spots. The colors need not be yellow and such as an actual jaguar, as we have examples of Jaguar patterned tlahuitzli in red, blue and white and potentially other colors. Some sources do suggest that commoners who entered the Jaguar order via merit would have had suits made from actual Jaguar pelts instead, but this isn't consistently stated. The helmet (Cuacalalatli) was made of hardwood, and may have also had feather mosiac coverings and impeded precious stone and metal bits. (Something I think is really neat and would be awesome if it was borrowed for the Humankind art is how the Blue Jaguar tlahuiztli art by Angus Mcbride I linked earlier uses the red and white iconographic symbol for the Jaguars's eye that represent eyes or stars in the Mixteca-Puebla style common in Central-Mesoamerican art),
Technically the Jaguars, and any other soldier with a Tlahuiztli would also have Ichcahuipilli, which is a padded vest or tunic (like Eurasian Gambeson armor) worn under the Tlahuitzli (or alone by mid-ranking soldiers who didn't have Tlahuiztli or the even more prestigious Ehuatl to wear over it) but I don't think it's that important to have the padding be visible bulging up from under the Tlahuitzli or anything; and just felt it was worth noting even it not necessarily relevant to the art. Likewise, while i'd like to note that the Jaguar and Eagle orders were actually the LEAST prestigious of the 4 Mexica knightly orders: The Cuachicqueh or Shorn Ones, seen here in yellow with the mowhawks was the most elite (there were other high ranking titles and positions outside of those 4 orders, some even of higher status, like the Tlacochcalcatl.) and would make a better Emblematic Unit, again, as I said with the emblmatic quarter, I realize that's not changing at this stage of development, and it's not that big a deal.
Aside from the colors and the proportions being a bit wacky and some other fanciful bits, the helmet in the current art is okay, it's within acceptable limits to spice it up for the sake of it being a game, I guess. I'd suggest that the shield pattern be altered to something that was actually used, though: We have dozens of examples of actual shield patterns, which I have linked both Mexica and other Nahua examples of here and here from Armies of the Aztec and Inca Empires, Other Native Peoples of The Americas, and the Conquistadores (which isn't actually that good a source but as a quick reference of shield and banner types it's useful), there's really no need to invent a fake one as the current art does. Shields, or at least the fancier ones used by Jaguars and other high-status soldiers, had either a thick woven reed or hardwood backing and then a padded/thick cloth layer over it, and then feather mosiac to make the pattern, previous stone/gold bits, etc. Shields often had a feather fringe around the edges, and the bottom edge often had leather strips/flaps or feather tassels extending from the bottom.
I'll also link THIS compilation of (mostly) back-mounted banners/standards. I don't think he'd NEED one for the art, but it wouldn't be unusual for a soldier of status like a Jaguar to have one, these were given to higher ranking soldiers or officers/captains of divisions for coordination, like the flags mounted to Japanese Smurai or the crests used by the Romans. Macuahuitl don't usually have engraved patters on them, but that's just me nitpicking, it's fine. Likewise, just as a bonus, you may also want to have some Atlatl darts/arrows held behind the shield, as that's where soldiers stored them, and it's very possible a Jaguar, even if he had a Macuahutil, would also have an atlatl... again, though, this and the Macuahuitl pattern thing aren't big deals.
Further References
For people interested in more or if the developers want more art references, I highly suggest seeking out the following, some of whose art I used for the above links. I know some of these people were brought up on Twitter and some were trying to be humble and noted their art wasn't perfect, but their use of art, architectural, and fashion motifs and designs is much better then the current Aztec Culture art and would be good references regardless of minor errors or stylistic concessions they make.
  • Paintings of Aztec Cityscapes and street scenes by Scott and Stuart Gentling
  • Art of recreations of Mesoamerican fashion (both clothing, hairstyles, etc, including Aztec) by Kamazotz/Zotzcomic
  • Art of clothing and building interiors by Rafael Mena (also here ) (be careful you don't mix up his Aztec vs Maya vs Totonac vs Mixtec stuff, it's not clearly labelled at times, read descriptions!)
  • Art of clothing and street scenes by OHS688 (note that his work is often anthro/furry, but the archtecture and clothing is on point regardless)
  • Paintings of Aztec soldiers and other historical soldiers by Angus Mcbride (mostly from Osprey Publishing books, note that while Angus's art is generally great, the information in the books's in terms of text or even descriptions of his art can be off)
  • Art of Aztec street scenes and building interiors and clothing/historical figures by Nosuku-K (see also here, they also have a blog and some other sites) (their art is in a manga/anime "chibi" style, but again, the actual designs are generally accurate, just make sure you don't get their stuff for other cultures such as Mesopotamia mixed up with their Mesoamerican work)
  • The Free, online Aztec Empire Webcomic, which is easily the best telling of the Cortes expediton and the fall of the Aztec, and is meticlously well researched for both narrative and visuals. It relies a lot on using Teotihuacano mural/fresco patterns for Aztec structures, worth noting, but IMO that's an acceptable crutch to lean on, especially when limited to floral and geometric motifs (The Aztec took a lot of influence from Teotihuacano art)
I also have a large collection of other art (such as some by the people I noted above who don't have online accounts/platforms or that only shows up in out of print books) and photos I'm happy to share; and i'm likewise happy to answer questions and give further information; if anybody is interested, please DM me.
Additionally, for more information about Mesoamerican history, see my 3 comments here:
  1. In the first comment, I notes how Mesoamerican and Andean socities way more complex then people realize, in some ways matching or exceeding the accomplishments of civilizations from the Iron age and Classical Anitquity, be it in city sizes, goverment and political complexity, the arts and intellecualism, etc
  2. The second comment explains how there's also more records and sources of information than many people are aware of for Mesoamerican cultures, with certain civilizations having hundreds of documents and records on them; as well as the comment containing a variety of resources and suggested lists for further reading, information, and visual references; and
  3. The third comment contains a summary of Mesoamerican history from 1400BC, with the region's first complex site; to 1519 and the arrival of the spanish, as to stress to people just how many different civilizations and states existed and how much history actually occurred in that region, beyond just the Aztec and Maya

Grand Theft Auto V: A Look Back at the Major Leaks

Here we go again. Buckle in. This post is a biggie, this time covering Rockstar’s latest entry in the series about grand theft…and auto, "Grand Theft Auto V". There were so many questions about what possible direction this franchise could go, with many rumours seemingly just spouting nonsense and seeing what gained traction, but there were some common themes amongst the leaks. Whether this meant that this was all genuine information, or whether they just all started copying each other, no one will know – although I believe in the latter.
Of course, naturally, with this being Rockstar’s biggest franchise and people desperate for just about any piece of information they could get, legitimate or otherwise, there were hundreds of rumours and leaks for this game, and I will do my best to sift through the endless supply of such and talk about the ones worth mentioning.
Let’s jump in, and here is a spoiler warning just in case.

May 4, 2010 – E3 Leak Reveals “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 2”

Way back in 2010, Game Reactor shared the alleged lineup for 2010’s E3 event, detailing many games that are going to be revealed, including “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 2”. Other interesting mentions in this “leak” include a new “Half-Life”, a sequel to “Bully”, and a premature announcement of “Kingdom Hearts 3”.
Outcome? Fake. Never trust E3 leaks.

26 July, 2010 – Is "GTAV" Heading to Hollywood?

VG247 shares with the world the first real hint that the game is headed back to America’s sun-spoilt West Coast. While the article linked does have the tease in a conversation format, it does make mention of Hollywood and that an announcement could be coming soon. Separately, it seems Eurogamer reached out to their own sources and were able to confirm that while Rockstar had been scouting out the Hollywood area, they were unable to confirm for what actual franchise it was for. This wouldn’t be the first time Rockstar has taken "GTA" to Los Angeles, with "San Andreas" already staking that claim.
Outcome? Confirmed.
As we all know, "GTAV" was set in Los Angeles, and this was our first clue to such.

February 28, 2011 – Rockstar Registers Web Domains

Courtesy of XboxAchievements, due to the original source being taken down, readers are able to treat themselves to a handful of domain names that Rockstar had publicly registered. While on the surface these do not appear to have any mention on the game, as correctly speculated in the article, these turned out to be related to in-game websites and businesses. The one’s registered were;
CashForDeadDreams.com - buy second-hand items from the elderly
SixFigureTemps.com - a job site to make money fast
HammersteinFaust.com - an employment firm business in the game
LifeInvader.com -the game's social networking service
The only one registered that doesn’t seem to make an appearance in the game is StopPayingYourMortgage.net, although typing this into an actual browser will take you to Rockstar’s "GTAV" site.
Outcome? Confirmed. As we can see, majority of these actually end up in the game, and I am sure I didn’t even have to provide proof for LifeInvader.

March 8, 2011 – Casting Call Leaked, Rockstar’s Next Game Codenamed “Rush”

GameWatcher reports that Rockstar have put out a casting call for an “interactive project”, which has been code-named “Rush”. The call seeks performers for the following roles;
Mitch Hayes – 38 yrs old – Annoying, wise cracking, highly successful FBI agent. In great shape. Does triathlons, drinks low cal beer, but still has a sense of humor.
Miguel Gonzalez – 25 yrs old – Young Mexican American FBI agent, caught between a few mob bosses. Very clean cut
Clyde – 23 yrs old – Moronic, almost inbred and creepy white trash hillbilly. Very naïve but in a creepy ‘it’s only incest sort of way’
Brother Adam – 50 yrs old – Welsh monk, cult leader, yoga teacher, very lithe, very into exploring your personal tension through gripping massage. Needs Welsh accent.
Mrs Avery – 48 yrs old – Neurotic soccer mom, home maker, anxious and addled on pain killers. Very angry at neighbor MRS Bell.
Mrs Bell – 45 yrs old – Swinger, and mellow Californian divorcee. Ugly but comfortable with self.
Eddie – 47 yrs old – Weed evangelist, guy who started smoking at 30, and is now a leading proponent of marijuana’s fantastic properties. White, awkward.
Ira Bernstein – 56 yrs old – publicist for an actress known as America’s newest sweetheart who just so happens to love animals, orphans, drugs and sex. He’s always trying to hide her latest indiscretion.
Kevin De Silva – 18 yrs old – Albert’s fat, FPS playing gamer son. Smokes a lot of weed, has anxiety issues and a card for a bad back, very soft, very opinionated. Into making racist comments while playing online.
Harut Vartanyan – 42-52 yrs old – Armenian car dealer, moneylender, would be Fagin and would be bully. Heavily connected to the underworld, but irritates people so much no one likes him.
Nervous Jerry – 48 yrs old – paranoiac living in the sticks, near Simon, completely paranoid, and terrified of Simon.
Calvin North – 55 yrs old – clapped out FBI agent who now mostly works offering advice on TV shows – whose only claim to fame turns out to be entirely false – but a decent guy in other ways. Badly dressed. Divorced. Putting on weight.
Jerry Cole – 53 yrs old – disabled IT expert and criminal information vendor.
Rich Roberts – 35 yrs old – English hardman actor, who acts tough but who wants to do serious work – the only problem is he can’t quite read the words.
Alex – 52 yrs old – white, loosie goosie hippy rich guy who has lost his money and is getting desperate but trying not to.
Scarlet – 45-52 yrs old – unshaven female spiritualist and hippy with a love of exploring the wilderness. Very into journeys.
Chad – 29 yrs old – pretty boy misogynist Beverly Hills party boy. Made money, but not as cool as he thinks he is.
Tae Wong – 39 yrs old – somewhat incompetent Chinese mobster, loves doing ecstasy, going to raves.
Taes Translator – 45 yrs old – VERY STRAIGHT LACED Chinese translator, terrified of his boss’s dad. Male, awkward. Needs to speak Chinese.
A big thank you to GTA Fandom for being able to compare the casting call with the game’s final release. Here is a table for those who want to see it;
Comparison between the casting call and the in-game characters
What else is interesting is that Trevor Phillips, one of the game’s main protagonists, was referred to as Simon here, while Albert De Silva in-game is instead Michael De Santa.
Outcome? Confirmed. Although the names have changed, you can definitely see the resemblance of many of the characters in the game, and that the majority did appear albeit under a different name.

March 29, 2011 – Stuntman “Typo” Places "GTAV" on his Resume

Declan Mulvey just might have made a typo when he placed "Grand Theft Auto V" on his resume, saying he did stunt work for the game. However, once eagle-eyed internet sleuths noticed this, according to Eurogamer he told CVG (which I cannot find the article), that it was simply a typo and meant to write “Grand Theft Auto IV”. What is interesting is that this was never corrected, and that he was never in the credits for that game - I think he simply made an oopsie.
Outcome? Confirmed. Definitely not a typo, as he is credit in "GTAV "and is not credited in "GTAIV".

June 5, 2011 - Play as a Cop in "GTAV"

As shared on GTAForums, one very controversial rumour regarding the game is that it would feature a story where you play as a rookie cop, working your way up in the ranks to either being the biggest detective in the city, or a cop-gone-rogue. I won’t post the whole “leak” word-for-word, but it sounds like it would have played a lot like L.A. Noire, Rockstar’s detective game also set in Los Angeles.
Based on the rumour, you would start the game as a rookie cop fresh out of the academy, named “Rock or Brock”, and as the story moves along, the player would find himself challenged by his partner who is working in the criminal underworld. The further you progress, the more you would find out that your partner is dirty, but you have a choice to either work with him illegaly or to investigate him - with the endgame resulting in either the player becoming the captain of the police force, or a “dirty cop Kingpin”. Post game, you would continue performing these roles, either abiding and enforcing the law as the captain, or selling contraband and performing other illegal tasks as a kingpin.
Gameplay wise, you would have to respond to dispatches over the radio, perform traffic stops, aid civilians, participate in car chases and even menial traffic tasks such as fining those with faulty brake lights, or speeding. The further you progress, the more involved you get with drug dealers, pimps, and organised crime. If a player wants to stray to the dark side, they can plant and steal evidence, beat informants, and sell drugs and guns.
Other minor details include the return of some characters from San Andreas such as “CJ”, being able to go through SWAT training, helicopter training, performing traffic duty, being able to carry a baton, mace, and taser, and being able to handcuff characters through rotating the analogue sticks.
Obviously, you will learn more details about this leak by opening the above forum post, but at the time this was not well received by all, some questioning why a game made famous for allowing players to commit the crimes they want, would now have them play on the other side of the law.
Outcome? Fake. Nothing turned out to be true, although it did “guess” that the weapon wheel from Red Dead: Redemption would return.

June 20, 2011 – 2012 Release “Pretty Likely” for "GTAV"

Sources close to Rockstar Games have confirmed with GameSpot that development is “well under way”, and that a 2012 release is looking pretty likely. Additionally, Gamespot reports that the final touches are being worked on now, such as minigames, and that the scale of the game is vast, saying “It’s the big one”.
Outcome? Plausible. As we know, the game launched in 2013, and it was a “big one”.

October 25, 2011 – Rockstar Announce "Grand Theft Auto V"

Rockstar Games announce "Grand Theft Auto V" on Twitter.

October 25, 2011 – Kotaku Confirm LA setting, Possible Multiple Playable Characters

On the same day that the game is announced, Kotaku is able to confirm that "GTAV" will be set in Los Angeles, according to their source who is familiar with the game. As well as talking about the setting, they have other sources that the game will feature multiple playable characters -something that was somewhat touched on with "GTAIV’"s expansions. Not much else to report here.
Outcome? Confirmed. The game, as we all know, features three playable characters and is set in Rockstar’s version of LA.

November 2, 2011 – "Grand Theft Auto V" Trailer drops

November 4, 2011 – Los Santos Map Leaked by Employee?

Thanks to iGTA5 we can see that an employee apparently shared a version of the game’s map on Twitter, which is viewable right here. It does show Los Santos and Vinewood, but we know that this map isn't an accurate representation of the released version - it could be an early version, but I doubt it. Shortly after posting, the account named “toronotoJack233” got deleted.
Outcome? Fake.

November 5, 2011 – UK Magazine Leaks "GTAV" Information

As reported on VG247, it seems that an employee of a Playstation-focused magazine has leaked some information about the recently announced "GTAV". There is quite a lot of information, but it basically comes down to;
It is possible that this is a legitimate leak, some of the points made are representative of some aspects of the final game. However, just looking we can see stuff like rock-climbing, canoeing, and abseiling did not feature, or neither did earthquake tremors. There also was no need to focus on refuelling vehicles, nor was there the ability to use human shields in combat.
Outcome? Plausible. It is possible that some of this information genuinely came about as a leak, although I don’t feel confident enough in the content to say a verified leak – especially as this came after the trailer.

November 8, 2011 – More “Leaks” at GTAForums

Another big pile of leaks, this time from a user called OpenSuvivor, and now on the GTAForums. However, the post had been deleted pretty swiftly by the forum moderators, so we will be using this reddit post as our source of information.
Another big list of stuff that I encourage you to read, even if just for old time’s sake. Some interesting notes though mention;
As we know, 99% of this list is just completely inaccurate, making it easy to determine the validity of this “leak”. Having said that, it’s still fun to read, and of course at the time there is just no way of knowing if it really is fake.
Outcome? Fake. I don't think it is coincidence that these recent fake leaks all came out after the trailer.

March 28, 2012 – Former Rockstar Employee Reveals Information

Another “insider” leak, this time coming from “a friend of someone who recently got sacked from Rockstar North for general misconduct”. While the original document is no longer viewable, it is possible to find out what was written thanks to Playstation Lifestyle. Straight away, looking back, we can make a pretty quick judgement about the validity of this “leak”.
Firstly, they mention that the protagonist “will be one character, and one character alone”. This character’s name is Albert De Silva, and he has a kid Kevin who is pretty much your typical gamer who smokes weed. Our protagonist is the man that we saw in the first trailer, and he will not die at the end of this game.
Next we know that multiplayer lobbies can hold 32 players on Xbox 360 and PS3, and that you will be able to form gangs that level up with reputation, rather than XP. There is an underworld that has a working economy, and the players can take drugs – which will have side effects.
We learn (again) that the map is five times as large as the "GTAIV" map, and that planes are now flyable in this game, unlike the previous "GTA" entry. Guns and cars will also be customisable in this game, allowing suppressors on weapons, and nitrous on cars. Gunfights are now meant to be more realistic, and shooting will be more difficult out of cars due to shaking cameras.
The most interesting piece of information is the mention of the game aiming to be released in May 2013. A release date hadn’t been formally announced at this point by Rockstar, but an end of 2012 release I believe was the consensus at the time.
Outcome? Fake. Some of these points are a mix whole truths and entirely inaccurate, while some also blur the line. For example, they got the main character part correct (as we know that Albert was Michael’s name in development), but they were incorrect in stating one character and that he will not die (for as we know it is possible he can). Multiplayer lobbies only held 16, and there was no underworld economy.

April 10, 2012 – Rockstar Employee’s CV Leaks October 2012 as Release Date

Character animation developer for Rockstar, Alex O’Dwyer, mentions on his CV that he had worked on "Grand Theft Auto V", and that it is expected to release during October 2012, as viewable here. Since this was spotted, it has since been removed, with no comment from O’Dwyer or Rockstar. What is interesting, is that if this is also a legitimate leak, it would have also confirmed a PC version of the game.
Outcome? Confirmed. While the launch dates did end up being incorrect, the mention of the PC version and taking into consideration that he did work on the game, I believe that it is possible that October 2012 was a launch goal internally at Rockstar – at least at one point.

May 15, 2012 – "GTAV" Vehicle List Found in "Max Payne 3"

A user on GTAForums had allegedly found the vehicle list for "Grand Theft Auto V" within the game files of "Max Payne 3", outlining the types of trains, cars, boats, helicopters, and bikes that players would be able to use. Vehicles of note included a cable car, a chair lift, a ski-mobile, and an APC. If memory serves me correctly, these are some of the vehicles mentioned that did not make it into the final game, while on the other hand there are dozens of vehicles that are not mentioned here that are in the game.
Outcome? Fake.

September 9, 2012 – Our First Gameplay Leak?

A popular video that I personally remember doing the rounds before the game’s release was this video here, which shows a car being driven through the incredibly detailed desert, before getting into a helicopter. The map shows an incredibly detailed mountain range, and a desert populated with scenery. It definitely seems like something that would be in the style of the "GTA" series, and one I somewhat believed when I first saw it.
Outcome? Fake. As it turns out, this was just a fan-made video, that has gone over multiple name changes throughout the years – I believe a comment mentioned that this title had once been renamed to suggest it was a "GTAVI" leak.

October 28, 2012 – Polish Site Leaks “GTAV” Promotion Material and Release Date

The promotional material and release date had seemingly been made public – not through Rockstar but a Polish site (a site from Poland…not that stuff you shine stuff with). The posters include Franklin and his dog (at the time I believe he wasn’t revealed), as well as characters preparing to rob the jewellery store (revealed days earlier, per Kotaku). The tagline on the posters suggest that the game is available in Spring 2013 – (March, April, May for us southern hemisphere-ers), which at the time seemed likely as it was pretty clear the game was not coming out in 2012. It is also interesting that “Red Dead: Redemption” was also released in Spring of 2010 – so it isn’t entirely unfeasible to suggest the same for “GTAV”.
Outcome? Confirmed. I believe this is a genuine leak, the artwork is too legitimate, as well as the release date being able to be confirmed by the following…

October 30, 2012 – Rockstar Announce Spring 2013 Release Date

Rockstar Games are “proud to announce that Grand Theft Auto V is expected to launch worldwide spring 2013 for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3”.

January 31, 2013 – Rockstar Announce September 17, 2013 Release Date

Well that was quick.

August 23, 2013 – “GTAV” files discovered on Playstation Store

As Venture Beat reports, users who had preordered “GTAV” on the European version of the PlayStation Store were able to download some files as they had become available on the 22nd of August. Users mined these details, being able to discover the game's soundtrack (here is a reddit thread about it), while the game’s main theme was leaked as well - video of such has since been deleted. Due to the nature of the files, the leaks were primarily audio files, and did not leak to any actual gameplay leaks.
A day later, Playstation provided a comment on the matter, saying;
Regrettably, some people who downloaded the digital pre-order of Grand Theft Auto V through the PlayStation Store in Europe were able to access certain GTA V assets. These assets were posted online. We have since removed the digital pre-order file from the PlayStation Store in Europe. We sincerely apologize to Rockstar and GTA fans across the world who were exposed to the spoiler content. GTA V is one of the most highly anticipated games of the year with a very passionate following, and we’re looking forward to a historic launch on September 17.
Outcome? Confirmed.

September 10, 2013 – Strategy Guide Leaks Map

The world were able to discover just how big the game was when the map for the game was taken from the game’s official strategy guide. The map was posted onto reddit for all to see right here, and many were impressed – one user liking the map to a “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle”. The guide was originally meant to release with the game’s release on the 17th of September, but it seems once retailers received their copies they were able to scan and share some of the information.
Outcome? Confirmed.

September 17, 2013 - Grand Theft Auto V Released

September 22, 2013 – Micro-transactions Discovered

Reddit user u/1880 seemed to discover why it was so hard for players to earn cash in the game and discovered a file that references “cash cards”, ranging from $100,000 to $1,250,000. A copy of the file was uploaded here. However, these "cash cards" were unable to be accessed – despite the game being playable. The original post is quite hopeful that it is just something that was scrapped in development as it “seems very un-Rockstar-y” to the poster.
Unfortunately, reddit user u/Nouveau_Compte was able to provide proof that it was only for online, shared on the same thread.
Outcome? A sad confirmation.

Closing Thoughts & Some Housekeeping

That was a big read, featuring a good mix or confirmed and fake leaks - hopefully giving you the hint to stay vigilant as rumours start to increase in frequency for Grand Theft Auto VI. Having said that, you'll never know what you read that does turn out to be true. Here are a couple other links that you might also find interesting, but didn't include in the post;
GTA V Location Teased in GTAIV Manual
New Casting Call for GTAV
It seems Rockstar games seem to have a high number of rumours, leaks, and just plain lies, given their reputation and the popularity of their games. I can also tell you, the next GTA game that I am working on a post for, already has more sources and "leaks" than I found for GTAV...but this post won't be ready any time soon.
Some other housekeeping notes, I just want to find out a few things;
Other things, these posts might start slowing down - but fear not! They are still being worked on, got a few more in the pipeline. I am also going to limit these posts to games that have only been released. For those who are asking, the idea of a video format is also being explored.
Here are some previous editions of this series;
Thanks for reading, appreciate any and all feedback.
Cheers!

A not-so-brief rundown of letters D-F in Jeffrey Epstein's 'Little Black Book'

Below is a rundown of letters D-F of Epstein's contacts. Last year, I wrote about letters A-C. You can check that out here (https://www.reddit.com/conspiracy/comments/cpis3n/a_brief_rundown_of_the_first_ten_pages_of_jeffrey/). There are some misspelled names. Epstein entered their names like this.
I have bolded some of the more interesting connections and information, but there could be much more that I overlooked. I hope something here strikes an interest in someone and maybe we can get more investigations out of this. Please, if you know anything more about any of these people than what is presented here, post below. I am working off of the unredacted black book found here: https://www.coreysdigs.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Jeffrey-Epsteins-Little-Black-Book-unredacted.pdf
D-F
d’abo, Henri & Tatiana: John Henry Erland d’Abo is the grandson of the 9th Duke of Rutland (more info on what these titles all mean can be found here: https://www.debretts.com/expertise/essential-guide-to-the-peerage/what-is-the-peerage/). Tatjana is his wife. Henry is the chairman of Wilton Payments Ltd, a private company that helps with financial intermediation. He and Christopher O’Neill are the primary shareholders of the company. O’Neill is Tatjana’s half-brother, a British-American financier, and husband to Princess Madeleine, Duchess of Hälsingland and Gästrikland, a daughter of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden.
d’abo, Mrs. Jennifer: British entrepreneur who passed away in 2003. d’Abo was once married to Peter Cadbury from the family of the famous chocolate company. Peter did not work for the company, but he and Jennifer d’Abo had a son together. Their son, Joel Cadbury, became owner of the Groucho Club, a watering hole often frequented by famous people. Three years after Cadbury sold the club, their website became the center of a child pornography scandal (link to story: https://www.sott.net/article/242698-Groucho-Clubs-website-forum-hit-by-child-pornography-scandal)
D’Alessie, Carman: This name turned up no results, however, we can safely assume that this is actually Carmen D’Alessio, the international nightlife guru who helped spawn Studio 54 and other famous clubs. She is a party legend with countless celebrity ties.
d’Arenberg, Prince Pierre: Family lineage can be traced back 1000 years. European royalty. Extremely wealthy not because of his ties to nobility, but because his mother, Margaret Bedford, was an heiress to Standard Oil (Exxon).
d’Uzes, Jacques De crussol: The 17th Duke of Uzes. Not much else found on him. Margaret Bedford married into his family shortly after her divorce with Prince Charles Auguste Armand d’Arenberg, father of Prince Pierre d’Arenberg.
Dabbagh, Amr A.: A wealthy businessman/investor from Saudi Arabia. Dabbagh recently faced corruption charges but settled with the Saudi Arabian government. Has ties all around the world, as he is a member of and/or serves/served on the boards of the World Economic Forum, London Business School, Cleveland Clinic, Jeddah Economic Forum, Harvard Institute for Social and Economic Policy in the Middle East, etc.
Dahl, Sophie: ‘90s-’00s model-turned-author and maternal granddaughter of famous author Roald Dahl (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, James and the Giant Peach, etc.) Dahl has been seen in photos with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Darrin, Drake: Not much information found. Darrin runs an investment group out of Greenwich, Connecticut. Lived about a mile away from Epstein in NYC.
Dartmouth, William: The 10th Earl of Dartmouth. Member of the European Parliament from 2009-2019. Became a stepbrother of Princess Diana when his mother embarked on a 2nd marriage with Diana’s father, John Spencer.
Davies, Jeff: Most likely refers to the current CFO for Legal & General Group. Davies was once a senior partner at Ernst & Young.
Davies, David & Linda: Sir David Davies is a wealthy banker and businessman with deep connections. A family friend introduced him to David Rockefeller back in the ‘60s, which helped him get his start. Linda, daughter of a Chinese-Malaysian tycoon, is his second wife. They were married for over 20 years but are now divorced.
Davis, Michael: A current partner at N3 Media, Davis has had many jobs. He started out working at CAA, one of the top agencies in the world. Check out this list of celebrities and athletes that they represent (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Creative_Artists_Agency_clients). Davis then went on to produce movies and TV shows before transitioning to digital media.
Day, Nick and Heather: Not much to be found on these two. There are several articles that speak of their ranch in Kenya. Apparently, it is a fairly popular spot where people stay to get some rest and solitude.
de Andrade, Marcelo: An international banker (not the serial killer) who lives within one mile of Epstein’s mansion in NYC. de Andrade was married to Lisa Bjornson, a successful banker and higher-up at J.P. Morgan Securities back in the ‘90s.
de Baecque, Patrick: de Baecque has his hands in online news media (lefigaro.fr) in France. de Baecque was named Director of Sales and Operations at Dolead in 2017. Dolead is a company that is involved with online marketing.
de Cabrol, Milly: A high-end interior designer based out of NYC.
De Cadenet, Alen: Alain de Cadenet is one of Epstein’s many Formula One contacts. Someone here probably knows more about de Cadenet, but he used to be a racecar driver and now works for ESPN and the Speed Channel as a host.
de Clermont-Tonnerre, Hermine: A French princess who used to have a penchant for partying. The only daughter of Charles Henri, 11th Duke of Clermont-Tonnerre, Hermine was one of 500 guests invited to Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother’s 100th birthday back in 2000. Hermine got in a motorcycle crash a month ago that put her in a coma.
De Georgiou, Anouska: A former British Playboy model who claims that Epstein groomed and raped her as a teenager when she met him in the 1990s. Her experience with Epstein is detailed in this article (https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/9974171/anouska-de-georgiou-jeffrey-epstein-rape-claims-nbc-playboy/). She speaks about how Epstein was able to lure her into the life as a young girl.
De Soto, Fernando: Very difficult to pinpoint. Best guess is that this is the Head of Real Estate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Madrid, Spain. I could be wrong, but this is the one that made the most sense.
Dedieu, Jean & Paulette: Nothing found.
Del Bono, Luca: Co-founder of Quintessentially Group, a hospitality group that specializes in leisure, travel, and tourism.
Dell, Adam: Brother of Michael Dell (Founder of Dell Technologies and 27th ranked richest person in the world in Forbes’s BS rankings that discount the elite families). Adam is a venture capitalist who has a baby with Padma Lakshmi.

Derby, Ros & Jonathan: No info found.
Di Vita, Charlotte: Best known for her handcrafted teapots, di Vita started off as a volunteer who helped raise funds to help poor people, most notably in Kenya, Thailand, and Brazil. She helped locals grow food and even helped build 3 schools (37 teachers, 1100 students) through a charity, Trade plus Aid, in Bawku, Ghana, in 1995.
Dickenson, Debbie: Supermodel and actress. Sister of the more famous Janice Dickinson.
Dickinson, Janice: One of the most successful models of the ‘70s and ‘80s, Dickinson has been occasionally labeled as the first ever supermodel. Opened her own modeling agency in 2005. Ironically, she accused Bill Cosby of raping her back in 1982 and wrote about it in her memoir. When called to the stand during Cosby’s trial, Cosby’s lawyer pointed out the differences between Dickinson’s testimony and her account of the incident in her memoir. Dickinson said that her accusations of Cosby raping her while under oath were the absolute truth, while she took “poetic license” with some of the details in her memoir.
Dietrich Marc Antoine and Cath: Baron Marc-Antoine de Dietrich is a businessman. He resigned as director of Vossloh Cogifer in 2011.

Dori: Dori Cooperman is a socialite blogger who is friends with Alex von Furstenberg, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, among others. Daughter of Edwin Cooperman, former Chairman of Travelers Bank Group. Used to work for the famous publicist, Lizzie Grubman, who has represented Jay-Z, Britney Spears, and the Backstreet Boys. Cooperman is known for getting into trouble due to issues with drugs and alcohol.
Dorrit: Dorrit Moussaieff is an Israeli jewellery designer, editor, and businesswoman who married into royalty. Dorrit was the First Lady of Iceland from 2003-2016 after marrying President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson in 2000. Although Moussaieff claims that Epstein only had her phone number because they “lived on the same street in London sometime between 1978 and 1983,” the Daily Mail published a picture of her and her husband, President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson, with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Doss, David & Christy Prunier: David Doss has worked as producer and/or executive producer on NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, Oprah in Africa, Primetime (with Diane Sawyer), Anderson Cooper 360, and Live PD. There is a great article detailing Dubin and his wife’s relationship with Epstein here: https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2019/09/glenn-dubin-epstein-questions). Summary of the article: Dubin was the first one accused by Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre. Rinaldo Rizzo, Dubin’s chef, testified that sexual activities occurred between Dubin and a 15-year-old girl, which led to him and his wife quitting as personal chefs of the Dubins. Dubin’s wife, Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin, dated Epstein for a long time before she married Dubin. The couple was so close with Epstein that even after Epstein was convicted in 2008 and officially a registered sex offender, they invited him to Thanksgiving dinner and wrote a letter to his probation officer that they trusted him around their children, who were all minors at the time. Multiple sources say Epstein was actually their children’s Godfather, but a spokesman for the couple denies it. Glen Dubin and Epstein helped each other with their business ties, as well. Dubin also had other ties with Epstein (personal friends with Les Wexner and others). Dubin and his wife are definitely major players in the Epstein saga.
Dubin, Louis & Tiffany: Louis Dubin is a real estate developer specializing in upper-middle class condominiums. Has sold luxury condominiums to the likes of Charles Bronfman, who has ties to the Clintons, Wexner, and whose family were in the NXIUM cult. Tiffany Dubin is the stepdaughter of the now deceased billionaire, A. Alfred Taubman, the owner of Sotheby’s, a famous auction house in NYC that often hosts parties for the rich and famous.
Dubin, Peter: Epstein is/was a moron. This is the same Peter Dubens listed just above.
Duchess of York: Former wife of Prince Andrew. Mother of Princess Beatrice and Eugenie. God knows the stories she could tell. Rumor has it her toes still look like prunes to this day.
Ducrey-Giordano, Francisco: Likely the owner of General Vegetables out of Italy. No further info found.
Duesing, Paul: An interior architectural designer who has worked on luxury and personal resorts all around the world. Duesing claims Epstein tried to hire him to work on Epstein’s home on Epstein’s private island back in 2002, but Duesing declined because he didn’t like Epstein. Says he doesn’t even know how Epstein got his number in the first place. Perhaps it was Duesing’s ties with the royal family. He tells stories of getting the Queen Mother drunk, being close with Lord and Lady Lloyd, working on the home of Mohamed Al-Fayed, father of Dodi, Princess Diana’s boyfriend who died in the car crash with her.
Duke of York: Prince Andrew, the toe-sucking pedophile (allegedly), himself. Photographed with victims, Epstein, and Maxwell many times over. His reputation has been completely crushed.
Dunbar Johnson Miranda & Steph: Stephen Dunbar-Johnson is the president, International of the New York Times Company. He oversees the strategic development of the Times Company’s international businesses. He also spent 12 years working at The Financial Times. Miranda Dunbar-Johnson is Stephen’s wife. His mother was the great-granddaughter of George Clymer, one of the founding fathers of the U.S. and signee of both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. d’Urso was also married to French designer and model Ines de la Fressange.
Duthie, John & Charlotte: John is primarily a television director based out of London. Duthie also won some poker tournaments against some of the world’s best players in the early 2000s. His wife, Charlotte played a big role in Sir James Goldsmith’s political career as a member of the Referendum Party back in 1997. Goldsmith received 3.5% of the vote in Putney, a constituency located in London.
Dzhabrailou, Umar: Umar Dzhabrailov is a Russian politician and advisor to Sergei Prikhodko, the current First Deputy Head of the Russian Government Office and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia in Dmitry Medvedev’s Cabinet. Dzhabrailov was rumored to be romantically linked to Naomi Campbell, supermodel and one of the main suspects in Epstein’s underage sex scandal, in the early 2000s. Dzhabrailov, a supremely wealthy businessman, ran for president in 2000, garnering 0.1% of the vote as an Independent. Dzhabrailov was a partner in Russia’s Radisson Hotel along with American entrepreneur Paul Tatum. After their falling out in 1996, Tatum was shot and killed. Some think Dzhabrailov was responsible while others think he was set up.
Ecclestone, Bernie: A billionaire British business magnate and former chief executive of Formula One Group. Ecclestone has faced some minimal controversies for tax evasion, bribery, and saying that Hitler was a man who was “able to get things done.” Disgustingly enough, Ecclestone, at the age of 89, became a father to his first son, Ace, on July 1, 2020.
Eckon, Paul: Paul Ekon is an international investor and venture capitalist who allegedly fled South Africa in the mid-90s because he was being investigated for links to a gold-smuggling syndicate. Has strong ties to South Africa, including being a personal friend of former president, Thabo Mbeki.
Edsel, Lucinda: No info found.
Edwards, Andrew & Tracy: Unsure. There was an Andrew Edwards and Tracy Edwards on linkedin who have a background in finance, but it is not conclusive whether or not they are the ones listed here or if they are even married. There is also a Tracy Edwards who is a former British sailor who used to work as a Project Manager for Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) and now teaches children of Internet safety and online reputation. This would be a far more interesting connection, but I cannot find anyone by the name of Andrew with a relevant relationship to her.

They eventually separated and divorced years later.

Tom Parker Bowles, son of Camilla Duchess of Cornwall (Prince Charles’s wife), has claimed that Summer Fields was “a hotbed of the sorts of things that are coming out now,” according to this article (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2812235/Tom-Parker-Bowles-former-headmaster-dismisses-food-writer-s-claims-old-primary-school-hotbed-impropriety-complete-rubbish.html) from the Daily Mail published in 2014.
